It is totally up to you, however, we do have some recommendations. For the best chance at success, plan to start your juice cleanse:
- during a time with little to no social obligations
- when you have time to relax with little physical, emotional, or mental demands
We know you are busy, so if the two situations above seem impossible, just plan a few days that seem less demanding than usual. Maybe reschedule some after-work social obligations so you can netflix & chill, hold off on that hot yoga class until after your cleanse is over (regular yoga is good though), and if all else fails... turn your phone ringer on silent. :)
If you are in the middle of your cleanse and you find it too hard to continue, do not beat yourself up about it. You can keep the remaining juices frozen and either start the cleanse again, or just drink the juices as snacks or meal replacements along with a healthy diet.
