Can I leave the juices at room temperature?

No, our products need to be kept frozen until you are ready to consume them. Thaw the bottles in the refrigerator. Thawing may take up to 48 hours depending on how cold your refrigerator is. Once completely thawed our products must be consumed within 24 hours. Our juices taste best when consumed very cold. Shake bottles before you consume.
