Can I get a refund?

We want you to be satisfied with our product. Because our products are shipped frozen and are highly perishable, please open and inspect your package immediately upon delivery, and place the products in your freezer right away. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us the same day the product is received at support@rawgeneration.com. We’ll review the situation and do our best to resolve the problem promptly.
