Raw Generation Juices are NEVER exposed to heat or processing...they are truly raw. Any form of Pasteurization or HPP lowers the nutritional value of foods and denatures the enzymes by raising the temperature. If you are buying juice in the grocery store it has been processed to extend the shelf life.
Fresh raw juice has a refrigerated shelf life of 3 days. If it is any longer than that it is not 100% raw.
We freeze our juices because it is the only way to extend the shelf life without altering the nutrition and enzymes. When you thaw each bottle it is the same quality as if it were freshly pressed.
